I am not able to check my account through my phone because the app says I need to log in from a desktop or something. I guess laptops don't count...or maybe I'm just not looking hard enough...

We appreciate you visiting us here at TD Helps, Luis. We'd be happy to help.
To help, if you click here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq, this will take you directly to the log-in screen for your TD Online Banking. You could also locate the log-in page by clicking on the "Log In" box located on the right hand side of your screen underneath "Online Banking."
We'd also like to mention that prior to managing your account via TD Mobile App, you would first need to enroll for TD Online Banking at www.tdbank.com via your PC or web-browser on your mobile phone. If you are using the web-browser, please be sure to scroll to the bottom of the page and select "View Full Site."
If you haven't enrolled your account yet, signing up for TD Bank Online is quick and easy. If you have an ATM/Debit Card and Social Security number, you can use our enrollment self-service link at: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY to sign up. Once there, please choose Personal from the drop down box and complete quick three steps. After those 3 steps are completed, you will have immediate access to your account(s) online.
If you do not have an ATM/Debit Card or Social Security number, please contact a Banking Specialist at 888-751-9000 who can enroll you over the phone, or visit your local TD Bank store. Please find a list of our stores convenient for you at: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Once you have enrolled in Online Banking, you're welcome to begin accessing your account via Mobile. Your User Name and Password for Mobile Banking will be the same one you selected for Online Banking. And please see http://bit.ly/1t2rx4L for our Mobile banking Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs). If your account has been open for 90 days or more and you would like to begin using the Mobile Deposit feature, please also see this link for information and guidelines to TD Bank Mobile Banking and Mobile Deposit at: http://bit.ly/1ff8byL.
If you continue to experience difficulties, please connect with us directly at 888-751-9000, available 24/7 or feel free to visit us during lobby hours.
We hope this helps. Have a good day and let us know if you have any other questions.
