Welcome to TD Helps, Holly, and good afternoon.
We apologize that you're having trouble accessing any checks you may have written, and we'll be happy to help.
Here at TD Bank, when you write a check, and the check is debited from your account, an image of this transaction will be visible for 60 days for you to review or print. If, after this time frame, you would still like to receive a copy of your checks, you're more than welcome to make this request!
You're first welcome to connect with one of our Banking Specialist, who for your convenience, are here to help 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and can be reached by dialing 1-888-751-9000. You would also have the option of sending us a secure message to make your request. To send a secure message, you will first want to log into your TD Bank online profile by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. Once you've successfully logged in, towards the right hand side of your screen, you should see a 'Your Secure Messages' section. To send a message, simply click 'Send us a secure message.'
If you have downloaded our mobile banking app for your smartphone, you may also use this method to send a secure message. From your Mobile Banking, log in and select 'Send a Secure Message' from the side Menu. We generally respond within 24 hours or less.
If you'd prefer, a Customer Service Representative may also be able to provide you with a copy on the spot at your nearest TD Store location. Customer Service Representatives are here to help during lobby hours, and we invite you to use the link here: http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR to find your nearest location, as well as their lobby hours and contact information.
In addition to the information provided above, just in case you may be interested, you're also able to have check images printed directly on your statements. This feature can be added by simply connecting with a Specialist using any of the methods mentioned above, and please note that with this feature, a fee may be assessed. If you'd like to learn more about any fees, you're welcome to check out our Fee Schedule here: https://go.td.com/2lbbfGg.
We sincerely hope this information helps, Holly, and we thank you again for joining us!
Take care, and enjoy your Thursday!
