when I click on log in nothing comes up...just a blank screen

Based on the information you provided, the issue may be with the browser you're using. Please note that our site is compatible with the newest versions of both Internet Explorer and Firefox. If you are not using the newest version of one of these browsers, we suggest making this update. You may also want to clear your cache and cookies, disable any plug-ins and restore your browser defaults. If you're still unable to log in after these changes, we'd also suggest trying a different browser.
