Thank you for visiting us at TD Helps, Joel! We'll be delighted to inform you on how to make your transfer.
To initiate an international wire transfer from your account, you will need to visit a TD Bank Store. For hours and locations near you please take a look at: http://bit.ly/TDStores. You will not be able to make an external transfer online to another country. We apologize but at this time external transfers and Person-to-Person Payments can only be made to other domestic bank accounts within the U.S.
To send an international wire all you need is:
· The full name, address, including city, state/province, country and account number of the person/business (for Euro Zone countries – IBAN – International Banking Account Number) you are sending money to
· The full name and address, including city, state/province and country of the financial institution receiving the funds
· The amount and currency of the transfer
Keep in mind also that depending on the currency you are sending, some transactions may take longer than others. You may want to contact the other financial institution to determine what information they require to receive the wire.
Keep in mind that transfer fees may apply, for our fee schedule follow this link: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt. We would also recommend checking with the other financial institution to ensure no other additional information is required as well as to obtain information regarding any additional fees for their services. And please note that we do not process or disburse funds from wire transfers received designated Pay Upon Proper Identification (PUPID) and return them to the sender.
We hope this information was helpful, please let us know if you have any other questions, have a nice day, Joel!
