Sarah, we're glad you reached out to us through TD Helps. We'd be happy to help you with any transfer issues you're having.
When you login to www.tdbank.com, you should be able to see all accounts that you are a signer on including: Checking, Savings, CDs, Credit Cards, and Loans. You should also be able to transfer funds between those accounts where appropriate. After logging in and selecting the "Transfer" tab, you should be prompted to enter the 'From' and 'To' accounts and enter the amount of your transfer. With this feature you'll be able to complete an immediate transfer or schedule a recurring transfer.
As long as your Savings account is a statement account and not a Passbook account, it should allow you the option to transfer in or out. If you are unable to view the account online, or if you can see the account but the website is not allowing the option to transfer funds to/from it, we may need to adjust the settings for your online profile. Please call us at your earliest convenience at 1-800-493-7562 so that we may review your online profile and enable that feature if possible. Our Specialists are available 24/7. You may also visit a TD Store for further assistance. For Store hours and locations please view: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Thanks for reaching out to us Sarah and we look forward to speaking with you so that we may troubleshoot the issue with you directly!
