Thanks for dropping by TD Helps this morning, Tracey! We'll be happy to address your concerns.
If you have a TD Checking or Money Market account and you are at least 18 years old, you can request a TD Visa Debit Card. You may request this card at any TD Bank location during lobby hours with your valid photo ID and walk out with a new card in your hand! Please visit: http://bit.ly/TDStores to find a TD Bank near you. You can also contact our 24/7 Customer Service line at 888-751-9000 and one of our Banking Specialists can order the debit card for you and the card will be mailed to your address on file. Please allow 7-10 business days for the debit card to arrive.
Another way to request a TD Visa Debit Card is by sending a secure message via Online Banking. To send a secure message, you will need to be enrolled in Online Banking first. If you are not currently enrolled for Online Banking and wish to enroll for Online Banking for your personal accounts, you may use our self-service option by visiting http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY to begin the enrollment process. In order to do so, you will need your account number, TD Bank ATM or Debit Card number, your Social Security Number and your email address. Once at the page, please select "Personal" from the drop down box. When you select continue, you will have to read and accept the Online Banking Service Agreement. Then you will be asked to enter your personal information including the items mentioned earlier and to create a user name and password. Finally you will be asked to create three security questions. When you finish the enrollment process, you will have immediate access to your account(s).
If you do not have the required information to set up for Online Banking or you need assistance enrolling, you may contact us 24/7 at the number listed above to speak with a Banking Specialist. Upon proper account verification, we would be happy to help get you started.
We hope this helps and please let us know if you have any questions, Tracey!
