Thank you for reaching us on TD Helps, Kelly.
To better assist you, we ask that you call us 24/7 at 888-751-9000. Our Representatives would be happy to review your account with you. As always, you have the option of speaking with a Customer Service Representative in person at any of our TD Bank Stores. For a listing of locations and hours, please look here: http://bit.ly/TDStores. Furthermore, if you are enrolled for Online Banking, you may send a secure message using www.tdbank.com. To send a secure message you must first logon to your TD Bank online profile. You can do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq . On the left hand side, you should see and option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center."
If you are not yet enrolled in Online Banking, you may do so at any time by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. You will need your account number, ATM/Visa Debit Card number, Social Security number and email address to complete the enrollment. If you have any trouble, you may contact us 24/7 by using the number mentioned above or by visiting a TD Store during lobby hours.
Please understand that although we would like to assist you directly, we do not have access to your personal account information as this is considered an unsecured site.
We hope this helps, Kelly and have a good day.
