I opened my 3-month CD account when I have a personal savings account. That should allow me to have the rate bump of 0.2% interest rate. I did have the 0.2% interest rate, but now I currently have a 0.1% rate.
Why did I lose the rate bump?
Also, I tried calling 888-751-9000, and there was no option that would help me with this issue.
