I recently received a new TD Bank debit/credit card when I haven't ordered one. I am also recently the victim of identity theft.

We understand your concern, Monica. We'd be happy to point you in the right direction.
Generally, you would receive a new debit card when your current card is about to expire. However, as this is pertaining to your account specifically, we ask that you contact us directly for clarification that this is the case. You are able to do so 24/7 by dialing 888-751-9000 or by visiting a TD Store during lobby hours for help. To take a look at TD Stores near you and their hours please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Please know that we would like to assist you directly however TD Helps is considered an unsecured forum and we do not have access to your account/personal information.
We also understand that security is important. We invite you to take a look at our Security Center found here: http://bit.ly/1npPddy. The web page has links to our Security Commitment to you and all TD Customers as well as helpful tips and tools to help keep your banking secure.
We hope to hear from you soon, Monica and have a good day.
