I bought sneakers on two different websites and I got charged for both and money was deducted from my balance and I went to check and I saw pending transaction and it had both the sites I bought them off saying pending

Pending Transactions are authorized or submitted items that have not yet posted to your account. When items post, they are reflected in your statement history.
This being mentioned if you would like to review these transactions with a Representative, we ask that you contact us directly for assistance. You are able to call us 24/7 by dialing 888-751-9000. After account verification, our Representatives will be glad to review the transactions in question with you.
