Welcome to the TD Helps community, William.
When using the Loan Payment Center, depending on the settings of your browser, it may ask you to reenter your information each time, this is for security purposes. However, if you happen to have a TD Checking or Savings account, you may view that account along with your HELOC on www.tdbank.com in order to make your payments. By making the payments this way, you will no longer need to enter your information in each time.
If you do not have a Checking or Savings account with us, you can always make the payment by giving our Financial Solutions Group a call 24/7 at 800-937-5020 or by visiting a TD location in person. To find a nearby TD please view our locator here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
