Welcome to TD Helps and thank you for sending us your question, Lynn.
On some of our accounts, there is a monthly maintenance fee and a minimum daily balance that we ask you to keep in order to avoid this fee. If your account falls below your required daily minimum balance, the maintenance fee would be assessed on the last day of your statement cycle. If you can identify which type of account you have, you can review the requirements for that account and identify the required minimum daily balance necessary to avoid this fee. If you have a Checking account with us, you can review a comparison of them here: http://bit.ly/1aDaRqd. Or, if you currently have a Savings account with us, you can review it here: http://bit.ly/1pJT9I9.
As this is pertaining to your specific account, we do not have access to your personal information since this is considered an unsecured forum. We encourage you to contact our 24/7 Banking Specialists at 888-751-9000 and we would be glad to review your account with you if you have any further questions. If you call and speak with one of our Banking Specialists, we'll also be more than happy to offer some suggestions in order to avoid future maintenance fees. Also, if you're currently enrolled in Online Banking, you can login here http://bit.ly/1eaISlq and once in, you can send us a Secure Message to inquire about this fee in more detail. While logged in to your online profile, on the left hand side you should see an option to "Send a Secure Message" located in the Message Center. Follow the options to send us a message and we'll get back to you with some more details about your account. If you have not enrolled, please call us 24/7 at the same number listed above to speak with our Banking Specialists.
As always, you can sit down with a Banking Specialist in person if you'd prefer at any TD Bank Store. Find the closest one here http://bit.ly/TDStores and step in during lobby hours to discuss.
We hope the information provided help. Let us know if you have any further questions. Have a great one.
