As you are currently in Mexico, you may contact us directly for assistance with your debit card, by calling collect with operator assistance from a land line phone by asking the operator to dial 1-215-569-0518. To contact us from any country outside the United States, please first dial 011 and then follow by the numbers provided above. Once connected with a Specialist, we will be happy to review your debit card concerns further.
If you are enrolled for online banking, you may send us a secured message to inquire about your debit card also. To sign in to Online Banking, visit here: http://go.td.com/1eaISlq. After you're signed in, please select 'Send a secure message' located in the 'Message Center' on the left hand side of the page.
