why do they charge me maintenance fee if i have more than 100$ in my account?

We're sorry to hear that your account may have been assessed a Maintenance Fee, but we'll be happy to clear up any confusion!
Based on the information you have provided, it sounds as though you may have a TD Convenience Checking account with TD Bank, and if this is the case, your account would have a minimum daily balance of $100.00. As this account type has a minimum daily balance, should your account fall below the minimum on any day in your statement cycle, you may be assessed a fee at the end of your statement period.
