I get charged $2-$4 every time I use a non TD Bank ATM from the ATM company itself. Why are you charging me an additional $5.00 on top of that? So it can cost me up to $10.00 to take my own money out? OMG- I need a new bank.

Good day, Caitlin, welcome to TD Helps and we'd like to clarify the fees associated with non-TD ATM transactions.
Each ATM withdrawal, transfer, and balance inquiry made by a TD Customer at an ATM not owned by TD may be subject to a $3.00 fee, which is charged by TD Bank the same day the transaction is made. The owner of the machine or network may assess a fee at the time of your transaction, including a fee for balance inquiries, in addition to any fees assessed by TD Bank.
We'd like to take this opportunity to let you know that we offer some accounts in which non-TD Bank ATM fees would be waived and we may reimburse you for fees charged by the owner of the non-TD Bank ATM at the end of each statement. Please look here, http://bit.ly/1cTejgt for fee information and the types of accounts needed to avoid a non-TD ATM fee.
If you have a few minutes, please also check out here: http://bit.ly/1CYR0io for some simple steps to skip fees.
If you have any additional questions, please feel free to reach out to our Banking Specialists 24/7 at 888-751-9000. You may also stop by your local TD Bank Store location. To find out the nearest TD Store near you, please visit, http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Hope this response helps a little, Caitlin. Have a good one!
