I deposited two checks Sunday afternoon through an ATM, but when I check my accounts, it doesn't even tell me the checks are pending. There is no evidence that I even deposited the checks. What is going on here?

We understand your concerns and would be glad to help, Lydia. Welcome to TD Helps.
Generally speaking, check deposits made at a TD Bank ATM before 8:00 PM on a business day are considered deposits made on that business day. A business day is every day except Saturdays, Sundays, and Federal holidays. If you make a deposit at an ATM before 8:00 PM on a business day that we are open, we will consider that to be the day of your deposit. However, if you make a deposit at an ATM after 8:00 PM, or on a day we are not open, we will consider that the deposit was made on the next business day. In this case, you made an ATM deposit on Sunday; it will appear to be Monday's deposit and the funds will then be available to you Tuesday morning.
Please note that there are exceptions that may cause delays in funds availability. We invite you to look at our Personal Deposit Account Agreement here: http://bit.ly/1kb17UQ . On pages 38-41 you can find our Funds Availability Policy along with information about when you'll have access to deposits.
Please note, to view pending transactions and deposits via your TD Online Banking, please be sure to select the "Pending Transactions" tab after selecting the specific account you are speaking in regards to.
If you have any additional questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us 24/7 at 888-751-9000 or stop by any of the TD Store locations in your area. To find out TD Store locations near you, please visit: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
We hope this helps and please do not hesitate to let us know should you have any other questions.
