Good morning Mary,
We appreciate your message today and apologize for the trouble you're having with your password.
First, we'd like to tell you that we do offer the option of resetting your password on your own, if you remember your user name and have a Social Security number. You can begin at the login page here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. Then, please click the Forgot your password? link located below the password field. After entering your user name and the last four digits of your Social Security number, you'll be asked to answer two security questions. If you can successfully complete these steps, you'll be able to update your password.
If you prefer to have assistance or the option above didn't work for any reason, we have Banking Specialists standing by who are more than happy to help. They may also be able to tell you more about the reason this occurred for you several times and offer some advice to avoid this in the future. You can contact us directly at 888-751-9000, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Another option you have is to stop in at your local TD Bank Store, where a Representative will also be able to help you. Please feel free to check out http://bit.ly/TDStores for locations and hours near you.
We certainly hope this will help, Mary.
Best of luck and we hope this does the trick! We wish you a great week ahead.
