I signed up for savings account a while back. $35.00 a month. TD has been taking the 5 dollar fee a month out of my savings which is fine but what I don't understand is how is it that it shows and with witness in mailed paper as well that my savings account is slowly building but then it doesn't allow me to take any amount out?

Good question, Eddy. We'll be sure to guide you in the right direction regarding your savings account.
Unfortunately, there could be a few reasons why you are unable to access the funds in your Savings account. Because of this, to best assist we recommend visiting us at a TD Store location during lobby hours at your earliest convenience. Click here: http://bit.ly/TDStores to find a TD Bank near you.
You may also give us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000 if you'd like so that we may look into this further with you. Once our Banking Specialists verify your information, they'll be able to provide the assistance that you need.
We hope this helps and come by any time you have a question, Eddy. Take care and enjoy the rest of your weekend!
