So, I have a gift card. However, I can't use it online. This is because it comes up as denied, or different billing information. I go to the site to check my profile, and it goes back to the home page. what do I do?

Based on the information you have provided, it sounds like you may not have registered your gift card for online purchases yet. In order to use your gift card online, or over the phone, you must first register the card. You may do so by visiting http://bit.ly/2scIqz2, and then simply following the steps provided. Once complete, you may make online and phone purchases, as well as check your balance, without any issues.
