Thank you for reaching out to us on TD Helps, John.
We realize the importance of understanding your statement and the balances it displays. At the top of your statement, there is a section entitled "Account Summary." This portion of your statement displays your account balance at the beginning and end of your statement period, the total amount of debits out of the account, as well as the total amount of credits during the statement period. When you continue down the printed page from online banking, the portion entitled "Account Activity" shows transaction information by date, the amount of the transaction and the resulting balance after the transaction posted. Your current and available balance will always be displayed on the home page of your online banking.
If you need any help clarifying your statement balances or assistance reviewing your transactions, feel free to contact us 24/7 at (888) 751-9000 and our Customer Service Representatives will be happy to assist you.
Please don’t hesitate to reach out to us again if you have questions and have a nice day.
