SOMETIMES IT ASKS FOR MY PHONE CODE(PIN) OR MY LAST 4 OF M SSN?
WHY CAN I NOT JUST GET MY SAME DAY DEPOSIT?
WHY DID THIS CHANGE FROM OLDER SYSTEM?

We're sorry for any confusion, Ira. We'd be happy to shed some light on our Bank by Phone service.
We've recently updated our automated Bank-by-Phone (IVR) system. The first time you call the new system at 888-751-9000, it will prompt you to enter either your account number or your TD Bank VISA Debit Card number. After that, it will ask you to confirm the last 4 digits of your Social Security number. After entering your SSN upon first use, the system will then ask you to create a unique 4 digit Phone Code to use for future access through the IVR system. This Phone Code will replace your old Bank-by-Phone PIN and is independent of the PIN# associated with your VISA Debit Card.
Please keep in mind that the automated system may ask for the last four numbers of your Social Security number if you're inquiring about a joint account.
If you have any questions about the automated system, you can select "0" to reach a live Representative when you dial 888-751-9000. Our Representatives are available 24/7 to answer any questions you may have. You may also visit a TD Store during lobby hours for assistance. For Store locations and their hours please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores.
We hope this helps, Ira and have a good day.
