Welcome to TD Helps, Katherine. It'll be our pleasure to help.
In order to use the Mobile Banking App, you must first be enrolled in Online Banking via your PC or web browser on your mobile device. During the enrollment process you will create a user name and password which you may then use for Mobile Banking. If you have not enrolled already, you can do so by visiting here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. You will need your Social Security Number, your TD Bank ATM/Debit Card, your account number and your email address.
If you do not have the pieces of information required to enroll, please contact us 24/7 at 888-751-9000 and they will be happy to help you enroll in Online Banking. You may also stop by one of our TD Stores to set up your online access. For Store hours and locations, please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Once you've created your online account or if you are enrolled already, you can download the app by visiting http://bit.ly/1opBqUt. The user name and password that Mobile Banking will ask you for is the same as the one you've created for Online Banking. Please note that the Mobile Banking app is available for iPhones, Android and Blackberry phones at this time. Again, if you have any issues with the Mobile Banking app or need assistance logging in, please contact us at the number listed above.
If this happens to be for your BusinessDirect account, we can be reached at 800-493-7562 for assistance using Option 2. After you submit your online application to enroll in BusinessDirect, we ask that you please allow two full business days to receive the email.
If this span of time has already passed and you do not think you've received the email containing your User ID and password, we recommend checking your email's junk/spam folders as it may have been directed there automatically.
If you're still unable to locate this email, we ask that you visit a TD Store during lobby hours for assistance.
Thanks again for stopping by TD Helps, Katherine. Have a nice rest of your week!
