I have to sign in my user id and password each time I access my avvount even though U check the remember me box. Why is this?

We're sorry to hear that you've been experiencing difficulty with our application. We'd be happy to shed some light on your concerns.
If at any time, your mobile phone has been turned off (dying battering, restart, etc.); when you attempt to access our application you will be prompted to enter your information. When your mobile phone powers off, it deletes your browsing history. This is a setting on your mobile phone that we are unable to change.
