We're a law firm with frequent real estate closings, and it's very inconvenient not to be able to log on and see a deposit that was made today. FYI, our trust account is **********. I am CFO and a signer on all of our operating accounts (including TD, ***********), but I cannot sign trust checks because I'm not an attorney. So I cannot even call the branch and get information about the trust account. The other banks we use display realtime activity on their websites, so why doesn't TD?

Hi Ronald, thanks for submitting your question!
It sounds like you may be one of our Treasury Management Customers, using eTreasury for your online banking needs. We recommend you contact our Treasury Management Department directly to better assist you. They can be reached at 1-866-475-7262 during normal business hours.
If you are instead using our BusinessDirect login, please reach out to our Tech Support Specialist 24/7 at 800-493-7562 for assistance using Option 2. Or, if you are using our Personal Online Banking, please give our Banking Specialists a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000.
No matter how you log in to your account(s) with TD, please know that our online information does update in real-time during the current business day, and you should be able to see all current day activity while you are logged in. When we speak with you through one of the numbers above, we'd be glad to go over any issues that you may be experiencing while reviewing your account activity.
If you'd prefer to speak to a Representative in person, you can stop in any TD Bank Store. For Store locations and lobby hours near you, please click: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Thanks for stopping by, Ronald. Have a nice day!
