My wife and I share a TD Bank checking account and a TD Cash credit card. When I log into onlinebanking.tdbank.com I see both the checking account and the credit card account but my wife cannot see the credit card account. Shouldn't she be able see both if she's on both accounts?

Hi Bruce, we're glad you stopped by! It sounds as though the credit card you are referring to may be your personal credit card. Meaning, the credit card application was submitted using your name and social security number. If this is the case, the credit card will only be accessible through your profile. Although you may have your wife added as an authorized user, she will not be able to manage the credit card through her online banking profile. We apologize if this causes any inconvenience. If you have any additional questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to TD Card Services, as they are available to assist 24/7. You may reach them by dialing 888-561-8861. We hope this helps clear up any confusion, Bruce. Have a nice day.
