I cashed a check and money. I am missing money. It says on my app that the bank is doing an "ATM deposit hold" however this has been going on for two days. I cannot get a representative on the phone to help me. I need this money in my account a why hasn't it been cleared?

If you have deposited a check at an ATM, please know that a hold may be placed on this check for verification purpose. On pages 38-41 you can find our Funds Availability Policy along with information about when you'll have access to deposits.
