I am able to open and view online statements. When I click on the "SAVE" icon, absolutely nothing happens. I had been able to successfully save copies of my online statements up until this past April. I did not make any significant changes to my computer in well over a year. My operating system is Windows 8.1 (64-bit based processor) The web browser is Internet Explorer 11.
