A few possibilities exist here. If you're able to log in to your online account using our full site at www.tdbank.com via your computer or other device, then the issue sounds like it's with the mobile app on your phone. We do recommend downloading the most recent version of our app in addition to ensuring that your phone's software is up-to-date as well.
If you're not able to log in to your account on our full site on any type of device, then please give us a call. Our Tech Support Specialists are available 24/7 at 800-493-7562 and we can check to see what may be happening with your online account when we get in touch.
