As this is pertaining to your accounts specifically, we ask that you contact us directly for assistance. To do so, you may call us 24/7 by dialing 888-751-9000 or by visiting a TD Store during lobby hours for assistance. To take a look at our Store locations and their hours please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores.
If you are enrolled in Online Banking, you may send us a secure message for assistance. If you're not currently enrolled for Online Banking and wish to do so, you may begin by using our self-service option at http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. Using this option, please select "Personal" before proceeding, and you will be immediately enrolled at the completion of your application. You'll need your account number, TD Bank ATM/Debit Card, your Social Security Number and your email address. Once you are enrolled, you can then send us a secure message by clicking on the "Customer Service" tab, and using the "Send a Message" link.
