Thank you for reaching out to us on TD Helps today, Nevena. Sorry about any inconvenience and we'll be sure to get you in the right direction.
If you are having trouble using your card in Europe, feel free to contact Credit Card Services at 1-888-561-8861. If you are outside the US please call Customer Service 24/7 at 856-751-9000 or collect with operator assistance from a land line phone by asking the operator to dial 1-215-569-0518. Once you get a hold of an agent, they can transfer you to TD Credit Card Services.
As we would like to assist you the best we can with specific account information, we recommend giving us a call, as this is not a secure forum.
If you would like to send an international wire to an account in Europe you will need the full name, address (including City), State/Province, Country and account number of the person/business you are sending money to (for Euro Zone countries – IBAN – International Banking Account Number). Also the full name and address, including City, State/Province and Country of the financial institution receiving the funds, plus of course the amount and currency of the transfer.
For more details on sending international wires please visit http://bit.ly/1oowsYN. When you are ready to send your international wire transfer, you will need to provide the foreign bank our SWIFT address, which is NRTHUS33XXX, as well as obtain their SWIFT address, which you can obtain by contacting the institution directly. We also recommend checking with the other institution to be sure of any applicable fees they may assess, or any additional information needed by them.
You should expect to receive the funds within three to five business days. We will post all incoming wires on the banking day they are received. International wire transfers sent by US Dollars can be received until 6:30 PM EST. We do not process incoming Pay Upon Proper Identification (PUPID) wires and will return them to the sender. For more info on the fee for wire transfers, please take a look here: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt.
Let us know if you have any additional questions.
