Good day, Carlos, thanks for stopping by TD Helps and sorry for the inconvenience. We'll guide you in the right direction for immediate assistance with your TD account.
Please understand that although you would like to assist you directly, we do not have access to your account information as this is considered an unsecure forum. Please know that you should be able to make an ATM withdrawal from any ATM machine that displays the VISA or NYCE logo across the globe! If you are unable to use your card, you may not have a travel notification set at this time. A travel notification helps us recognize unauthorized transactions on your account. Additionally, for your protection, we will also continue to monitor card activity even when a notification is set, and the card may be blocked temporarily until we're able to verify the transactions.
To best assist you, please give us a call and a Bank Specialist can assist you 24/7 upon account verification. As you're writing in from Managua, please contact us at 1-856-751-9000, or call us collect with operator assistance from a land line phone by asking the operator to dial 1-215-569-0518.
Another way to contact us is by sending us a Secure Message from your TD Bank Online Banking account. If you're already enrolled for online banking, you can log in here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq with your user name and password. You can then send us a Secure Message by clicking on the Customer Service tab, and using the Send a Message link.
