Thanks for connecting with us on TD Helps, Wanda. We're happy to say that we do offer the option for you to email your statements and will be glad to instruct you on how to do so.
When you log in to your account through Online Banking via the full site, you will be able to email your statements as PDFs, if you have PDF Reader on your computer. If you do not have a PDF Reader installed on your computer, when you log in to your account, please click on the name of your account and then select the tab titled "Statements & Notices." Once you're at this page, you'll notice on the right, a blue hyperlink that says, "Get PDF Reader" please click there and then select "Adobe PDF" on the next page. This will bring you to the site to download the required reader.
Once that has been installed, when you go back to the "Statements & Notices" tab and click on the word "View" next to the statement you're looking to send, a new window will open that will show that month's statement. Next, you'll have to save this page by clicking on the icon that looks like a floppy disk. Once the statement has been saved, you may then create an email and attach the newly saved file.
Please note for security purposes TD Bank is unable to send your statements via email on your behalf.
