I am study in UVM,and I can't have patyments for my study fees, it shows the Your payment was not authorised by our payment provider.Can u tell me how to deal with it?

As this is pertaining to your account and Debit Card specifically, we ask that you contact us directly for assistance. You are able to call us 24/7 by dialing 888-751-9000. After account verification, our Representatives will be happy to assist you with your Debit Card. Similarly, you are able to visit any TD Store during lobby hours for assistance. To take a look at TD Stores near you and their hours please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores.
In addition, if you are enrolled for Online Banking, you may send a secure message using www.tdbank.com. To send a secure message you must first logon to your TD Bank online profile. You can do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center."

Please have your account number, ATM/Debit Card number and Social Security Number available to complete the enrollment.
