Good afternoon, Evelyn!
We appreciate you coming to TD Helps for assistance today, and we'll be happy to help.
If you were expecting to receive funds in the form of a direct deposit, typically speaking, funds are available to you on the date designated by your depositor. These types of deposits are processed overnight at varying times and will be available for use once processing is complete. We invite you to look at our Personal Deposit Account Agreement here: https://go.td.com/1kb17UQ, where on pages 40-44, you can find our Funds Availability Policy, along with information about when you'll have access to deposits.
As you stated that you have already spoken with your depositor, and they were unable to assist you, we recommend that you contact us directly. Please understand that TD Helps is not a secure forum of contact, and because of this, we are unable to access your account information to assist you directly. However, if you reach out to a Banking Specialist at 1-888-751-9000, they'll be more than happy to help you! They are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and after verification, they can review your account with you, and answer any questions that you may have.
In addition to calling, you're also welcome to visit a TD Store location, during lobby hours, to speak with a Customer Service Representative. To take a look at Store locations and their hours, please visit http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
If calling or visiting a TD Store is not convenient for you, and you currently have access to your Online Banking, you may also send us a Secure Message. To send a secure message, you will first want to log into your TD Bank online profile by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. Once you've successfully logged in, look for the 'Message Center' on the left hand side and select 'Send a secure message'.
If you have downloaded our mobile banking app for your smartphone, you may also use this method to send a secure message. From your Mobile Banking, log in and select 'Send a Secure Message' from the side Menu. We generally respond within 24 hours or less.
We hope this helps, Evelyn. Have a great day!
