From your description, we think that the Deposit Return Chargeback of $200.00 is a deposited item for which we were unable to collect funds, and was returned to the account. Kindly note that this is not a fee. However, if a deposited item is returned, a fee of $15.00 can apply on personal accounts right now (subject to change). We would recommend that you and your mother get in touch with us directly so that we can review this for you and provide some options. If you are listed as a signer on her account, feel free to call us or stop in to see us, and we'll be more than happy to see what's going on here.
