We're sorry that you are locked out of Online Banking and we have a couple of options to assist you in getting back into your account.
Our first option would be to call our live Customer Service line 24/7 at 888-751-9000 and one of our Specialists can help find out how the account was locked and get you back in. If you are unable to contact us via phone, you can always visit your local TD Bank Store during lobby hours. Take a look at http://bit.ly/TDStores to find a location near you.
