Hey, Sara! Thanks for reaching out to TD Helps today. We're sorry to hear of any trouble with your debit card but would be glad to get you going in the right direction.
Please understand that even though we would like to help you directly with your card, because TD Helps is considered an unsecured forum, we do not have access to your personal account information. To better assist you, we can recommend a quick call to one of our dedicated Banking Specialists 24/7 at 888-751-9000, who will be able to let you know the cause of the decline on your card upon proper account verification. Depending on the reason, they should also be able to help you get your card working again during your call.
If you prefer, you're also invited to any nearby TD Bank Store, during lobby hours for assistance. And if there's any issue, you can also get a new debit card at a Store during your visit! Please see a listing of our Stores nearest you at http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Just in case this is in reference to your TD Bank Visa Credit Card, please reach our Card Services Specialists directly at 888-561-8861, 24/7.
Thanks again for coming by, Sara and feel free to visit again anytime you have questions. Have a great one!
