i signed up for TD debit card advance, why is it still being declined ? i know i dont have the funds right now in my bank but isnt that what i signed up for ??

If you have a Checking account with us and enrolled in TD Debit Card Advance service, we may allow you to authorize one-time debit card purchases or ATM transactions even when you do not have enough money available in your account so you may be able to complete your transaction, but it may result in a fee. In addition, please note that the approval or decline of a transaction will be at the Bank's discretion.
