Why is my card not allowing me to take out money when I have more than enough in my account?

As this is pertaining to your account specifically, we ask that you contact us directly for assistance. To do so, you are able to contact us 24/7 at 888-751-9000 or by visiting a TD Store during lobby hours. To view our Store locations and hours please click here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
In addition, if you currently have access to your Online Banking, you may also send us a Secure Message. To send a secure message, you will first want to log into your TD Bank online profile by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. Once you've successfully logged in, look for the 'Message Center' on the left hand side and select 'Send a secure message'. If you have downloaded our mobile banking app for your smartphone, you may also use this method to send a secure message. From your Mobile Banking, log in and select 'Send a Secure Message' from the side Menu.
