I am outside the US and tried using my card today twice. Once to take out money from an ATM and the other to purchase something at a store. Both times the card did not work. Based on your question, it sounds like you've given us notice of your travel plans and your debit card is blocked. If this is so, we'd like to point out that giving travel notes greatly reduces any service interruptions but sometimes blocks may occur. We recommend reaching out to us 24/7 at 856-751-9000 or via collect with operator's assistance from a non-mobile telephone at 00+1-215-569-0518. Once our Banking Specialists verify your account information, they'll be able to provide the assistance that you need.
