Welcome to TD Helps, Shermin. We'd be glad to clarify.
For TD accounts, there is a $1 paper statement fee. You are able to waive this fee by signing up for paperless statements.
If you have a personal Checking, Savings or Money Market account, to go paperless first you'll have to sign in to your Online Banking.
If you're not enrolled yet, you can do so for free here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. Please know that you will need your account number, ATM/Visa Debit Card number, Social Security Number and email address to sign up.
Once you have access to your personal Online Banking, you can follow the steps below to help you go paperless:
1. Log on to your TD Bank Online Banking Account here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq.
2. Click the “Customer Service” tab.
3. Select the link for “Online Statement Settings”.
4. Select the “Online Statements” option for each of your accounts.
5. Add the Email Address you wish to have statement alerts sent to.
6. Review and accept the Online Paperless Statement Customer Agreement and Hardware and Software Requirements.
7. Click the check boxes indicating you meet our system requirements and click “Save Changes”.
If you have any trouble signing up for paperless statements or enrolling for Online Banking, feel free to give us a call 24/7 by dialing 888-751-9000. Our Representatives will be happy to help you with the process.
Similarly, you are able to visit any TD Store during lobby hours for assistance with signing up for Online Banking or Paperless Statements. To take a look at TD Stores near you and their hours please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores.
We hope this helps and have a great day!

Welcome back Shermin!
For the security of your account information, we are unable to provide account numbers via e-mail, TD Helps or over the phone. However, there are a few options you have to retrieve your account number and we are happy to provide them to you. You may view your account number located on your personal check. The account number is the second set of numbers shown on the bottom of the check. You may also view your account number by looking at your statements which is located at the right top corner of the page. If this is a new account, you will receive your paper statement within 30 days from opening the account. Another way to obtain the account number is by visiting a local TD Store. For locations near you, check out: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Even though the account number is needed to use the self-service feature via www.tdbank.com to enroll for Online Banking, we are happy to say, there are other ways you can enroll. You can contact us directly at 888-751-9000 to speak with one of our Banking Specialists. After account verification, our Specialists would be happy to help! If you are unable to verify your account or if you prefer to sit with a Customer Service Representative, you may also visit us during lobby hours and a nearby TD Store. Once enrolled, you will have complete access to your online account where you will be able to view your account number, balance, transactions, and go paperless for your account along with other great features TD Bank offers with Online Banking.
Thanks again for stopping by, Shermin and let us know if you have any other questions.
