Debit is now declined after making a series of online purchases. Need to get it back up and running. Out of the country for study abroad and have made sure to only use it online, as to not get flagged. Can't call because of sim card restrictions.

Although you mentioned you're unable to call, if you're able to access a telephone that can call out of the country, you may reach us by dialing 1-856-751-9000 or by calling collect, with operator assistance, by asking the operator to dial 1-215-569-0518. This call will have to be completed with a land line telephone.
