I'm having extremely weird difficulties with my TD bank Visa gift card that I can't understand what is going on. Its registered, not expired, it still has a lot of money on it, and the day before it was working perfectly and know its just seems like it's broken and I just can't buy anything because its keep getting declined. What is going on?

Thanks! I also had 2 different theories that why it's not working
1. The card has 2 purchases still pending that I purchased 5 days ago
2. I do not have a set PIN number for it
Could any of these theories contribute to it not working?
