When signing in to your online account via your iPad, it is recommended to use the Mobile Banking Application found here: http://bit.ly/1hOPk1H. In order to download the App for your iPad, please follow the link and then select "For iPad" towards the bottom of the page.
If you already have the App for your iPad and are still having difficulty, we first ask that you try to uninstall and reinstall the application as well as ensure it is using the most up to date version. If the trouble persists, we ask that you contact us directly for assistance. Our Tech Support Specialists are available 24/7 by dialing 800-493-7562 and after account verification, they will be happy to troubleshoot any issue you're having. You are also able to visit a TD Store during lobby hours for assistance. To take a look at our Store locations and their hours please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Please note that if you're using TD BusinessDirect, the Mobile Banking App is not compatible with iPads at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
