Thanks for joining us here on TD Helps, David. We're glad to answer any questions you may have about TD Mobile App. If you have multiple accounts with TD Bank, all your personal accounts with your name listed as a signer should be shown on your Online Banking and Mobile App. If you are referring to a TD Business account, as long as they are opened under the same Tax ID, they should all be listed on the same screen as well. To better assist you, we ask you please contact our Banking Specialists 24/7 at 1-800-493-7562. After one of our Specialists has verified you with the proper identification information, they’ll be able to add the missing accounts to your existing Online Banking in no time. Also you can visit your local TD Bank Store with your valid photo ID during the lobby hours, where a Representative will be able to help you. Please check here http://bit.ly/TDStores for Store locations and hours near you. Also, as you are already enrolled for online banking, you may send a secure message to us to have your missing accounts added. To send a secure message you must first logon to your TD Bank online profile after logging on to your accounts. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center." When sending a secure message to us, please be sure to include the account numbers in your message. If you have personal TD accounts and are signed up for our Retail online banking, please check here http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. If you are a TD Bank BusinessDirect user, please direct your browser to http://bit.ly/1rvBmq8. As we would like to assist you directly, unfortunately, we do not have access to your personal information since this is considered an unsecured forum. Let us know if you have any other banking questions. Enjoy the sunshine in Florida!
