Good afternoon, Ira, thank you for dropping by TD Helps on this lovely Saturday.
Mobile Deposit limits depend on the length of your relationship with TD Bank. Please note; the limits are subject to change. We invite you to take a look here: http://bit.ly/1e3jiYF for our current Mobile Deposit limits along with the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) for TD Bank Mobile Deposit.
If you have additional questions about Mobile Deposit., please call one of our Tech Support Specialists 24/7 at 800-493-7562 whenever it's convenient for you, or you're also welcome at any TD Bank Store near you, during lobby hours; please see http://bit.ly/TDStores for your locations and hours.
If the amount of the check exceeded your Mobile Deposit limits, you have other options to deposit your check. You may make your deposit at your local TD Bank Store, at a TD ATM or you may mail your check to our Banking by Mail department.
Banking by mail is simple, and easy. All you would need to do is mail your deposit to the address below:
TD Bank, N.A. ME2-001-033 P.O. Box Number 1190 Lewiston, Maine 04243
The P.O. Box is checked daily and transactions are posted the same day.
We recommend visiting http://bit.ly/1kb17UQ to learn more about our funds availability policy starting on page 38. Also keep in mind that the TD Bank is not responsible for items lost in mail. Here are some additional tips to consider prior to mailing your deposit:
- Cash should not be sent through the mail
- Payee of the check and name on deposit ticket should be the same
- Checks should be endorsed (and restricted "for deposit only")
- Multiple checks should be listed and a total of the deposit listed
- Enclose the deposit ticket, not the carbon copy
- If using a blank deposit ticket, please write the account number clearly
- Do not staple transactions
If you have any further questions about other deposit options, please call 1-888-751-9000 to speak with a Customer Service Representative, 24 hours a day, and 7 days a week.
Thanks again for writing in, Ira. Enjoy the rest of day!
