To start, we'd like to take a moment to explain that TD Helps is not considered a secure forum of contact, and because of this, we do not have access to your Credit Card to determine why you may be showing a difference in your balance. So that we may further assist you, we ask that you contact us directly.
Our Credit Card Department is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and can be reached at 888-561-8861. After verification, they'll be more than happy to review your account with you.
