Thanks for writing in and sorry to hear you've encountered some difficulties, Kelly. We're glad you connected with us and would be happy to help.
If you're trying to reach us from London using a mobile phone with a US number, you're welcome to do so using either of these lines: 888-751-9000, or 856-751-9000, 24/7. If you'd like to call us collect from London, we also invite you do so using a local land-line phone with operator assistance by asking the operator to dial 1-215-569-0518. The US country code is 1-011, if needed.
Another easy way to reach us while out of the country is to send us a Secured Message from within your Online Banking account. To do so, please log in at http://bit.ly/1eaISlq, then click on the Customer Service tab and use the Send a Message link to correspond with a Specialist. We'll reply as quickly as possible and be able to help with your card. If you choose to message us, we recommend including your current travel information just in case, as well as information about recent transactions you've attempted for the quickest service.
Please keep in mind, a travel notification helps us recognize unauthorized transactions on your account. Please be informed that for your protection we will continue to monitor your card activity even when a notification is set, and even if you've placed a notification, our automated advanced fraud early warning systems can block your debit card until we are able to verify the account activity with you. We also recommend carrying more than one method of payment while traveling, just in case you encounter any acceptance issues. For more travel tips while overseas, please visit http://bit.ly/1gDrDYu. We hope this helps, Kelly. Enjoy the rest of your trip!
