I signed up my account and got my card but when I tried using it a week later, it wasn't working. Why is that?

To activate your new TD Debit Card, please dial 888-553-4122. When activating your TD Debit Card, please have your card and also need your Social Security number available.
If you are having any issues when using our Debit Card Activation Line, feel free to contact one of our Customer Service Representatives 24/7 at 888-751-9000.
If you're referring to your TD Visa Credit Card, you may feel free to contact our Credit Card Specialists 24/7 at 888-561-8861 for assistance with activating your new Credit Card.
