I made my deposit on Saturday at 12am. Monday 29th was Memorial Day. I would expect my check deposited yesterday Tuesday but I still have nothing. WHY?

We understand your concern, Herangely, and we'd be glad to discuss.
Please know that holidays such as Memorial Day are federal holidays. Federal holidays are not considered business days, and on these days, the Federal Reserve System is closed. Because Monday was a federal holiday, financial institutions were working on Tuesday's business day, which would have been considered the date of your deposit. In this situation, the earliest day your funds could become available would be Wednesday.
For more information, you may also take a look at our Personal Deposit Account Agreement here: http://go.td.com/1kb17UQ. On pages 40-44, you can find our Funds Availability Policy along with information about when you'll have access to deposits.
If you have any questions or concerns about your deposit, we ask that you contact us directly 24/7 at 888-751-9000 or during lobby hours at a TD Store near you to speak with a Representative. To take a look at TD Stores near you and their hours please visit http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
We hope this clears up any confusion, Herangely. Have a great day.
